No matter what phase of life you find yourself in, FBC Elgin has a place for you to love, learn and live like Jesus.  Our philosophy of adult ministries is based on the biblical model of relational discipleship that Jesus employed during His earthly ministry. We gather for bible studies and discipleship courses and break out into groups to further discuss the studies for practical application.

Connections

A warm and welcoming place to get connected at FBC Elgin. Fellowship and sermon-based discussions with information on opportunities to further connect by learning more about Life Groups, Family Discipleship and Sunday school offerings. 

Life Groups

Small groups that meet in homes for fellowship, sermon-based discussions and bible studies. Life Groups launch in Jan 2023. For more information click here. 

Family Life Discipleship

Discipleship courses for married couples and parents with kids in the home. Registration required - limited childcare. Wednesdays @ 6:30pm. 

Radical Parenting now open for registration. Radical Parenting is a 15 week course that teaches how to view our roles as parents in light of Gospel and apply those principles in our parenting. Couple Life Discipleship*

Sunday school for married couples with adult children and/or grandchildren. Bible study and small group discussions. Sundays in the Upper Room @ 8:30am. 

Men's Discipleship*

Sunday school for men of all ages. Bible study and small group discussions. Sundays in Room 114 @ 8:30am. 

Women's Discipleship*

Sunday school for women of all ages. Bible study and small group discussions. Sundays in Room 115 @ 8:30am. 

XYZ Senior Adult Club*

If you are 55+, you are encouraged to join our Senior Adult Club in our Fellowship Hall for potluck lunch, fellowship, and fun.  This active group usually meets the fourth Thursday of each month.  Guests are always welcome.  For more information, contact the church office.

Women in God's Service (W.I.N.G.S.)*

Are you crafty?  Do you have a heart for missions?  This group of ladies meets the second Saturday of each month in our Fellowship Hall and works on projects that we send all over the world.
