Men’s Ministry:
Building Godly Men of Strength and Integrity
At First Baptist Church Elgin, our Men’s Ministry is committed to building Godly men who serve their families, communities, and workplaces with integrity and strength. We offer a variety of small group men's Bible studies, men's gatherings, and service opportunities designed to help men in Elgin, Manor, and the surrounding areas grow in their faith and support one another in their journey toward Biblical manhood.
Our Men's Ministry is built around three pillars:
Spiritual Leadership: Through our disciple-making men's small groups, we focus on what it means to be a Godly leader at home, in the workplace, and in the community. Men are encouraged to dive deeper into God's Word, understand their role as spiritual heads of their households, and live out their faith boldly.
Fellowship and Brotherhood: We believe that men grow stronger when they walk alongside other men. Whether it's a Saturday morning prayer breakfast or a church-wide workday, our ministry creates opportunities for men to form lasting bonds through fellowship, accountability, and service.
Serving the King: Men in our ministry are challenged to live out their faith through action. Join us as we serve in the church, through outreach, and in the greater Elgin area by being the hands and feet of Christ.

Men’s SMALL GROUP Bible StudIES:
Join one of our Men’s Small Group Discipleship Groups, that meet every week for a time of spiritual growth and brotherhood. In these focused Bible study sessions, we dive into God’s Word and explore how to live out Biblical manhood in today’s world. These groups are a powerful way to connect with other men, share life experiences, and hold each other accountable in your journey toward Godly leadership.

Men's BREAKFAST CONFERENCE
Our Men's Breakfast Conference combines the best of two worlds: great food and powerful teachings on Godly manhood. Join us for a hearty breakfast followed by inspiring teaching and small group discussion on how to embrace your role as a man of faith in the face of daily challenges.
Perfect for men from the Elgin area, these events equip you with tools to lead your family and community according to Biblical principles. These conferences meet every-other month.

Fellowship & Service Events
We believe that faith grows stronger when it’s lived out in the community. That’s why we offer a variety of Fellowship and Service Events where men can come together for fun and meaningful service projects. Whether you’re attending a prayer breakfast, helping with a church outreach project, or just enjoying a game night with other men, these events are designed to build relationships while living out Christ’s call to serve others.
