  • NEW ATTENDERS

Look for the FBCE Kids check-in areas. You’ll be greeted by a leader eager to meet your family and you’ll learn what we do. We’re happy to answer any questions! We’ll help you walk through a check-in process for your kids and because we value safety, we will need some information at that time including: family member’s name, address and phone number, and child’s name, birth date, grade, and any special instructions (allergies, etc.)

  • SAFETY

Upon check-in, you’ll receive a name tag for your child and a parent sticker with the matching identification letter/number combination. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion and you will need to keep the family tag. After the service, you’ll show the FBCE Kids leader your matching tag in order for your child to be released from his/her room.

In the event that we need to contact you during the service, we will text you through our check-in system. We ask that you immediately find a staff member or leader who can direct you to your child’s room.

We also have cameras in all FBCE Kids areas with the feed showing behind each check-in desk for you to check on your kiddos if desired.

  • MOMCo at FBCE

Here at MOMCo at FBCE, we gather and support moms. We believe in the simple but revolutionary idea that remarkable things happen when moms come together. If you are a mom with a child birth through school age, we have a place for you!

Our MOMCo Meetups are the first Wednesday of each month during the school year from 9:30am-11:30am. There is a time of fellowship, learning, sometimes crafting, usually eating and more.  Childcare provided for ages 0-5 only.

We also have MOMCo playdates the 3rd Wednesday of each month and throughout the summer.  All ages and moms are welcome.  We rotate the location for these so please see our Events page or ask a MOMCo leader about where we are meeting.

  • WEE CARE AT FBCE

Our Wee Care is a Mother's Day Out program for ages 12 months to Pre-K. We meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays,  from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and we follow the EISD Holiday Schedule. We offer lots of activities including: Age-based Learning, Chapel, Spring Art Show, Fall Festival, Christmas Program, Graduation for Children Beginning Kindergarten and more. Please click here for more info.

MISSION

Our commitment is to partner with families to help disciple each child. Your kids will have fun playing games and participating in age-appropriate activities while experiencing an engaging time of worship and learning about God's love for them.

CURRICULUM

We utilize the Orange curriculum for all our kids: Birth-Preschool use First Look and Kinder-6th grade use 252 Kids. Orange curriculum’s philosophy aligns with our own to partner with families. The color orange represents two primary relationships that influence kids. When you take the light of the church (yellow) and combine it with the love of a family (red) you increase the potential to influence a kid’s life. Two combined influences make a greater impact than just two influences.

  • FIRST LOOK - BIRTH-PREK

Your precious little ones will be in an attentive, loving, and nurturing environment where they are cared for and prayed for as we affirm their lives with scripture about God's love and purpose for them. Through age-appropriate activities and fun, interactive worship, we get them excited about Jesus.

  • 252 KIDS - KINDER-6TH

Elementary-aged children participate in small group lessons and a time of high-energy, interactive worship. They will hear engaging presentations of the gospel and learn how to walk with God as an individual while having a blast and creating memories and friendships.
